The company has grown from it's original conception in all areas of business, from the high standards that we strive to achieve through to the premises which have grown to meet customers needs.
The process
• Customer sends an enquiry detailing their needs.
• We allocate one of their staff to deal with the quotation.
• If required we will liase with the customer as necessary to make sure we understand their needs.
• We provide a fast accurate quotation.
• The order is received, and a programme of work is agreed.
• We draw the control panel using E-Plan automated design software ans send for client approval..
• If changes to the drawings are required, we will then amend and re-submit to the customer.
• The manufacturing schedule is agreed and then starts.
• When construction is complete, we perform our own tests.
• The control panel is offered for witness inspection.
• Arrangements for delivery are made.

It is important part to understanding third party interfaces and providing the relevant interfacing solutions between Boiler, Chillers, Inverters etc.
We take a proactive approach to each project which means not merely carrying out a client's wishes, but going the extra mile to improve on what has been requested. We frequently highlight technical improvements which will provide extra value, often giving our clients savings.
We are also very proud of the high emphasis we place on customer focus. We don't leave a job until every potential issue has been resolved, and if unexpected problems arise, we will address them.
We use tried and tested procedures when on site and work according to industry guidelines where available. We endeavour to keep up to date with all industry-relevant legislation and guidelines, along with important Health and Safety policies.
We can provide site services related to control panels, either manufactured by us or not.
We provide Risk Assesments, and Method Statements as required.
